A part time position(Mondays to Thursdays)has become available for a Practice Nurse located in Greenbank.
We offer a supportive team- based environment in which the Practice Nurse will work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality, individualised care.
Key Responsibilities:
Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
Immunisation
Ear syringing
Minor Procedures
Recalls
ECG's and Spirometry
Ordering stock and vaccines
General Practice support
Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of chronic disease management is essential
Capacity to multi task, prioritise and good time management
Must be pro-active with a can do positive attitude
Professional presentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Prior General Practice nursing experience is advantageous
