What you will be doing
Working as an Accounts Payable Officer you will assist with managing the end accounts payable process on a weekly basis for a busy mining company.
You will help processing statutory and ad hoc payments,, purchase order and non- order invoice processing, knowledge through GST concepts and how GST is a applied, youll also play a key role in ensuring accuracy and compliance.
This challenging role requires a committed, effective and positive person to join a dynamic team who deal with a high volume of work.

What you will need
To excel in this role, youll need 3+ years of high-volume, full-function accounts experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP skills, and a strong understanding of the mining sector is highly regarded.
Experience Using SAP AP
Working within SAP purchase order and non- order invoice processing
Good Receipt and Invoice Receipt knowledge
Knowledge through GST concepts and how GST is a applied
Prior experience in mining is desirable but not essential
3+ years working with a high volume accounts team.
