Project Manager – Commercial projects & infrastructure
Are you a trade-qualified plumber currently running projects, supervising crews, or estimating jobs and ready for a role with more autonomy, better systems, and genuine work-life balance?
The Requirement:Must be a Trade-Qualified Plumber (Licensed or Registered).
The Opportunity:Run major Hunter Water and commercial projects ranging from $50k to $1M+ from tender handover through to completion.
The Setup:A true hybrid role.
Office-based management, butyou must be willing to jump on the tools and help the boys get a job over the line when needed.
The Money:Premium salary package negotiated based on your experience + bonuses + super.
The Tools:company vehicle + fuel card + laptop.
The Location:Office based out of Lambton, with projects across Newcastle and the Hunter.No Sydney travel.

We're a tightly-run, ISO-certified team based out of Lambton that takes pride in doing top-tier work.
We have a rock-solid pipeline of local contract work lined up, specifically a mix of Hunter Water Minor/major works, council, infrastructure works and commercial plumbing contracts, and we need a trade-qualified Project Manager who can speak the language on-site and drive jobs to profit in the office.

What you'll actually be doing:
Managing minor/major works, infrastructure & commercial projects with contracts valued from $50k to $1M+.
Splitting your time between the Lambton office and our local sites—managing the project delivery, butwilling to pick up the tools and lead from the front when a job hits a wall or needs an extra set of hands.
Tracking project financials, material procurement, variations, and progress claims using Simpro.
Assisting with project quoting, variations, and ensuring jobs hit their targeted profit margins.
Conducting site visits to monitor progress, manage subbies, and ensure our field crews are set up for success.
What we need from you:
Must be a Trade-Qualified Plumber(current License or Registration).
The Background:Solid experience running commercial plumbing or civil infrastructure projects, whether you've been a PM/Estimator for a few years, or you're a sharp Site Foreman or Leading Hand ready to make a permanent move into management.
The Attitude:You're stepping into management, but you aren't "too good" to jump into a hole and help the guys out if required.
Tech Savvy:Comfortable tracking numbers, quotes, and jobs digitally (Simpro experience is a massive advantage).
Valid White Card and a current Driver's License.
