Experienced Property Manager (Part time)
Are you a seasoned Property Manager who can handle just about anything... then we'd love to hear from you!
This is a20-hour per weekrole, with flexibility around how those hours are worked to suit the right person.
We're looking for someone with:
Experience in residential property management.
Great communication skills, a calm head, and the ability to juggle priorities without juggling actual people.
Happy to work in a small boutique office.
No outside appointments.
Routine Inspection Officer does all RI, Entry & Exits.
No Trust Accounting.
About You:
The successful applicant will possess:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation.




Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and the ability to produce professional reports.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Confidence working independently and managing a busy schedule.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
This is role of approximately 20 hours per week, structured around school hours-ideal for candidates seeking work–life balance, reduced hours, or returning to the workforce.
