The Store Manager at M.J. Bale is a pivotal role that requires a combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a robust customer focus. The responsibilities of the Store Manager include:
Leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Developing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver outstanding service and drive sales performance
Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring the store's presentation is in line with brand guidelines
Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock takes to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess stock
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized styling advice when needed
Contributing to the development of marketing initiatives and events to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness




Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
Collaborating with the head office team on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as required

Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in creating and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth
Familiarity with performance evaluation processes for staff members
