An established and growing medium-sized signage company is seeking an experienced Signage Installer / Factory Hand to join our dynamic team.

We're one of the largest and most trusted commercial signage partners in Australia's construction-based industry.
We've managed the strategy, design, manufacturing, and installation for hospitals, universities, aged care facilities, schools, museums, clubs, hotels, shopping centres, military installations, and more.
ASSA was founded in Brisbane, QLD in **** and has grown into a thriving company with over 40 team members across our Brisbane office, factory, and network of remote workers.
THE ROLE: Signage Installer - Factory Hand
Assist in the factory fabrication of vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, and custom signage.
Load, transport, and install a wide range of commercial signage on-site.
Maintain exceptional quality and safety standards both in the workshop and on-site.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism when representing ASSA clients.




Coordinate with the Production Manager and project teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and access equipment safely.
WHO YOU ARE
Proven experience in signage installation, factory hand work, or a related trade/construction background.
Strong technical skills with hand tools, power tools, and vinyl application.
Valid Australian Driver's License with ability to drive manual or automatic.
Current Construction White Card (EWP or Working at Heights tickets are a huge plus).
Excellent communication skills and a solid, team-oriented work ethic.
Physically fit, reliable, and possessed of a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
REMUNERATION and BENEFITS
Salary:$60,000 – $75,000 + Super (based on experience).
Work-Life Balance:Working hours 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday, early knock-off 6:30 am to 12:30 pm Fridays.
