About the Role
As our Beauty Advisor / Team Leader, you will:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of eight to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Drive store performance through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Share your expertise in skincare and makeup to deliver personalised beauty solutions.
Inspire your team with fresh ideas,



creative initiatives, and innovative selling strategies.
Foster a positive, energetic, and results-focused environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
Is passionate about beauty, with solid knowledge of skincare and makeup.
Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Is highly motivated by KPIs and enjoys driving team performance.
Thinks outside the box and brings creative ideas to engage customers and boost sales.
Is an inspiring leader who can coach, develop, and motivate others to succeed.
Has experience in makeup artistry desirable but not essential
