We're looking for a commercially minded leader to drive performance, lead a high-performing team, and help shape the next phase of the practice's success.
What you'll be responsible for:
Build, lead, and sustain a high-performing team culture that drives accountability, engagement, and patient outcomes
With support from your Regional Manager, own practice performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency
In partnership with your Orthodontist, lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional patient experience
Partner with Smile Partners leadership to implement strategic initiatives and optimise performance
Take local ownership of the patient journey, ensuring strong lead management, conversion, and overall satisfaction
Manage people and performance, including rostering, development, and engagement
Ensure compliance and clinical standards are consistently met

Consistently strong patient experience and conversion outcomes
A well-run practice meeting or exceeding targets
Strong alignment between clinical and operational leadership
Continuous improvement in systems, efficiency, and performance

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, targets, and performance metrics
