The Role
You'll work closely with our Site Supervisor across a variety of residential and commercial projects, playing a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality finishes and keeping daily site progress on track.
What you'll be doing day to day:
Carpentry and general building works across renovation and maintenance projects
Following job scopes accurately and to standard
Managing materials and liaising with suppliers
Using
ServiceM8
to manage daily tasks and documentation
Attending weekly team huddles and monthly toolbox meetings




Keeping to our SOPs so quality stays consistent across every job
About You
Trade-qualified Carpenter, or 5+ years of relevant hands‐on experience
Solid skills across carpentry, renovation, maintenance, and general building works
Comfortable using field management tools like
ServiceM8
Current White Card and driver's licence
A clear communicator who treats clients and team members with respect
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to doing the job properly

$80,000 to $100,000 + super, based on experience
