Graphic Designer – VPS4 – Part time – Ongoing
The Victorian Public Sector Commission (VPSC) is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Programs and Engagement branch in the Engagement and Events team.
What you'll do
Deliver graphic design services across the Commission's communications, engagement and program priorities
Develop and maintain accessible, brand-aligned templates, assets and communication materials across a range of formats
Produce professional design outputs using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective visual solutions
Ensure all outputs meet accessibility, quality and Victorian Government brand standards
Manage design tasks and competing priorities to deliver high-quality work on time
Improve templates, assets, workflows and design processes
About you
A creative graphic designer with strong visual communication skills and a good eye for detail
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Able to create explicit, engaging and accessible materials across a range of formats
Customer-focused, responsive and able to deliver practical solutions
Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Collaborative, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Committed to continuous improvement and high-quality design practice
