Due to rapid growth, we're looking for property Insurance Claims Consultants from Junior through to Senior to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast. Insurance claims management experience is not a requirement, we provide full training!
The Role
As an Insurance Claims Consultant, you'll support clients through their claims journey and work with insurers to achieve fair outcomes. After completing training and development, your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of property insurance claims
Advocating for clients and ensuring their best interests are at the centre of every decision
Communicating with insurers, stakeholders, and clients to progress claims efficiently
Negotiating when required to drive fair and timely outcomes
Maintaining accurate documentation, file notes, and compliance requirements
Providing recommendations that support the insured and improve the customer experience




Working within a supportive team environment where you'll be coached, challenged, and encouraged to grow

Customer focused, professional, and confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Positive, driven, and genuinely motivated to build a long-term career
Comfortable having difficult conversations and negotiating when needed
A team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive, high-performing culture
Prior experience working specifically in property insurance ideal but not required
