What you'll do
As a trusted HR partner, you'll Workforce Solutions teams across the employee lifecycle by:
Providing practical HR, ER and IR advice
Managing performance, conduct and workplace matters
Interpreting Awards, legislation and employment contracts
Supporting workforce compliance and governance
Partnering with leaders across multiple sites
Contributing to HR projects, continuous improvement and organisational change

About you
You'll be an emerging HR professional who is eager to broaden your experience and make a real impact.
You'll bring:
A qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations or similar
Experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
Exposure to Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach and passion for continuous learning
Experience in healthcare, aged care, labour hire or other regulated industries is highly regarded but not essential.
