We are seeking aConsultant and/or Senior Consultant(two roles) to join our dynamic team based in Sydney or Melbourne.
These arefull-time positionswith a focus on service delivery, technical competency, and developing an understanding of lawyer needs.

As an ediscovery consultant, you will:




Understand the client's situation, goals, and challenges.
Care about the job, the task, and the client's high-pressure situation.
Work individually and within the team on project requests for data uploads, searches, platform support and document production.
Guide clients on how to use our technology to achieve their desired document review outcomes.
Implement and manage the solutions built on our eDiscovery platform Everlaw, and a range of other tools (including a private Claude Code, and many other models).
Communicate effectively with the client and the internal team throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
Take responsibility for seeing data management tasks through to completion and client acceptance.
You will have some or all of the following:
Experience in technology, ediscovery or related fields
Knowledge of ediscovery best practices, workflows, and analytics tools
The capacity to learn new technologies and thoughtfully consider how they can be applied and validated to client problems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
A collaborative and customer-oriented attitude
