DOUGNISE INVESTMENTS PTY LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about preparing high-quality meals and maintaining excellent food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
· Assist in planning menus and developing new dishes.
· Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
· Manage stock rotation, storage, and inventory control.
· Assist with ordering food supplies and maintaining kitchen equipment.
· Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service.




· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.lity meals and maintaining excellent food safety standards.
Skills and Experience
· Relevant qualification such as Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent.
· At least one year of relevant work experience as a Cook (more experience will be highly regarded).
· Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
· Robust understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
· Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays where required.
Pay: $80,****** – $85,****** per year
