We're now seeking a
Store Manager
for our
LOEWE
boutique in the Luxury Precinct at
Sydney International Airport
.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Store Manager who is ready to step up and lead a dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the Retail Manager ANZ, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing solid leadership to the store team, including recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management.
Overseeing all aspects of store management,



from housekeeping and inventory control to visual merchandising.
Driving CRM through effective management of the customer database.
Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive higher conversion.
Ensuring effective two-way communication to keep the team engaged and knowledgeable.

About you:
Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff
Previous experience leading a team to drive business outcomes
Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
