We're looking for an enthusiastic
Hospitality Team Lead
to lead the day-to-day operations of this exciting new venture while mentoring and supporting people with disability to develop hospitality skills and gain meaningful employment.
This is more than a hospitality role, it's an opportunity to help build confidence, create connections and make a real difference in people's lives.
About the Role
As the Hospitality Team Lead, you'll oversee the daily operation of the DARE Brew Crew coffee and food trailer, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting our supported employees to thrive in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the daily operations of the DARE Brew Crew coffee and food trailer.
Preparing and serving quality barista-made coffee, toasties, sweet treats and other food and drink offerings.
Supporting, mentoring and training supported employees in food preparation, customer service and hospitality skills.




Creating a positive, inclusive workplace that builds confidence, independence and employment skills.
Maintaining food safety standards, stock control, cash handling and administrative processes.
Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers, community groups and local businesses.
Helping grow and develop this exciting new social enterprise as it expands across the community.
About You
You'll be someone who:
Loves making great coffee and delivering outstanding customer service.
Is a positive, hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others.
Is organised, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Is passionate about creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) relevant food safety qualifications and any required licences.
