We are seeking skilled, reliable and customer focused Casual/Part Time and Full Time Security Officers to join our team, providing security services across a portfolio of premium commercial, residential and cultural properties located in Sydney's Inner City.
This is an active patrol role, not a static guarding position. Successful applicants will conduct regular foot patrols, monitor security systems, assist staff and contractors, respond to incidents, complete property inspections and help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
Shifts are available across days, afternoons, nights, weekdays and weekends. Flexibility is essential.

This is an active patrol role, not a static guarding position. Successful applicants will conduct regular foot patrols, monitor security systems, assist staff and contractors, respond to incidents, complete property inspections and help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal and external security patrols across multiple properties located in close proximity to each other.
Perform scheduled security and property inspections.
Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
Respond to alarms, incidents and emergency situations.
Detect and report suspicious activity, hazards or security risks.
Ensure buildings, doors, gates and windows remain secure.
Provide access for authorised contractors, visitors and deliveries.
Supervise contractors while ensuring site safety requirements are followed.
Complete accurate incident reports, patrol records and shift handovers.
Assist staff with security related requests when required.
Monitor the condition of facilities and report maintenance issues promptly.
Deliver a professional, visible security presence while maintaining excellent customer service.
About You
You will be someone who takes pride in your presentation, enjoys staying active and remains calm under pressure. You have excellent situational awareness, communicate confidently and understand the importance of discretion when working within high profile environments.
Essential Requirements
Current NSW Class 1A Security Licence.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Current NSW Driver Licence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong observation and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sound computer skills for reporting and monitoring security systems.
Full working rights in Australia.
Desirable
Previous experience in corporate, residential, gallery or high end property security.
Experience using CCTV, access control and alarm monitoring systems.
Knowledge of WHS practices and contractor management.
Current First Aid, or additional security qualifications.
