Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage appointments, schedules, and maintain accurate patient records.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing processes.
Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of a clean and welcoming reception area.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery.
Provide necessary information to patients regarding clinic services, policies, and procedures.
Requirements




Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Exceptional organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
Proficiency using computer software, with experience using medical software being preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
Must have unrestricted Australian work rights.
