About the role
Due to our ever growing operations throughout Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast regions, we currently have an outstanding opportunityfor a results driven Site Manager with previous residential housing construction experience in building quality homes, on time and on budget to join our fantastic construction team. You will be primarily managing homes under construction in the
South
West Brisbaneregion of White Rock, and Ripley
.
You will be responsible for:
Your portfolio of residential homes are built on quality, time and budget.
Establish and manage a quality trade base to facilitate construction
Supervise trades on site, ensuring the building process / programis followed and OH&S;, quality and regulatory guidelines are met.
Ensure paperwork,
forward planning and reports occur as required
Be a Positive Leader and remain focused amidst challenges and distractions
Skills and experience
For us, quality is an attitude not an outcome.
We anticipate that you will possess:
QBCC Site Supervisor License must be held
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in supervising residential housing (Volume housing)
exceptional communicationskills
demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills
a solid customer focus, the ability to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach
the ability to read and interpret plans
ability to use basic computer operating systems and operating software
the capability to build rapport across all levels of the business
a current driver's licence is a requirement for this role.
