Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated
Lead Educators
to join our team. In this role, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports children's development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support and implement engaging educational programs aligned with EYLF
Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment
Work collaboratively with the centre team to achieve high-quality outcomes
Contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications & Experience Required
Essential:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying)
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
Experience developing and implementing educational programs
Knowledge of childcare compliance and documentation requirements
