About the Role
We currently have a vacancy for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join the team. We welcome applications from both experienced Speech Pathologists as well as recent graduates,



as we have a fantastic new grad program that begins with a smaller caseload to support your transition into practice.
Your daily duties would include but not be limited to:
Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties in children
Developing and delivering individualised therapy plans to support communication and language development
Supporting children with articulation, phonology, expressive and receptive language, stuttering, and social communication skills
Upskilling in feeding therapy alongside our experienced feeding therapists
Recommending strategies, resources, and communication aids (including AAC) to support progress
Working closely with families, carers, teachers, and other professionals to support children across home, school, and community settings
About You
Along with your strong work ethic and passion for assisting children to reach their full potential you'll have/be:
Full Australian working rights and Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) accreditation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
Strong communication, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
Valid Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and current First Aid/CPR certification, or the ability to obtain these before commencement
