About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
Support the implementation of engaging educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
Assist with daily routines and care practices
Contribute to observations, documentation, and children's learning outcomes
Work collaboratively with educators and leadership teams to deliver high-quality care and education
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and teamwork skills




A genuine passion for working with young children
Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
