This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Hobart TAS **** where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and expanding your own client portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the complete 360 recruitment process from client management through to placement and account management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
Source, screen and place high-quality blue-collar casual employees.
Conduct client visits, candidate interviews and site inductions.
Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Ensure exceptional service delivery to both clients and candidates.
Work closely with operations to deliver workforce solutions across a range of industries.
What We're Looking For
You are an ambitious recruiter who enjoys winning new business and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in a similar
360 blue-collar casual recruitment
role.
2-4 years' experience
within the blue-collar temporary labour hire industry.
A strong track record of business development and client management.
Demonstrated success in generating current clients and growing existing accounts.
Experience using recruitment systems and candidate sourcing platforms (training on our systems will be provided).
Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach.
