Are you a personable and confident communicator with experience in personal injury law?
Kingsley Lawson Lawyers is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our team (minimum 3 days per week), working across all areas of plaintiff personal injury, including WorkCover, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability.
About the Role
Managing incoming client calls with professionalism and empathy
Assisting clients with updates under supervision
Drafting basic correspondence and documents
Maintaining accurate client records and file management
Providing general administrative support as needed
About You
At least 6-12 months of experience in a law firm, ideally in plaintiff personal injury




Strong verbal communication skills, you're confident and courteous on the phone
A client-focused approach with a professional and compassionate manner
Valuable attention to detail and sound written skills
The ability to work independently and take initiative
Working Conditions
Minimum 3 days per week but full-time career paralegals will also be considered
