About the Role
This is a full-time position managing a residential property portfolio while providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, with access to modern systems and processes that allow you to focus on what you do best.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a residential property portfolio from start to finish
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with owners and contractors
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements
Monitoring rental arrears and following legislative requirements
Processing tenancy applications and coordinating new tenancies
Managing entry, exit and bond processes
Ensuring compliance with current Queensland tenancy legislation




Maintaining accurate records using property management softwareWorking collaboratively with our property management and sales teams to deliver exceptional service
About You
Has previous experience as a Property Manager
Holds a current Queensland Registration Certificate
Has excellent knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Has outstanding communication and customer service skills
Can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Is proactive, solutions-focused and takes pride in their work
Has experience using property management software
Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Works well both independently and within a supportive team
Presents professionally and maintains a high standard of customer care
Is an Australian Citizen or has unrestricted Australian working rights
