We're looking for someone who wants to develop into a futureSite Supervisor or Foreman.
You'll work alongside experienced leaders, take ownership of small projects and crews, and gain valuable leadership experience while completing your apprenticeship.

What You'll Be Doing
Assist in leading small teams on residential construction projects.
Coordinate daily activities with trades, suppliers and deliveries.
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality.
Help keep projects running on schedule.




Identify and solve site issues before they become problems.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite.
Assist with toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
Communicate professionally with trades, suppliers and project managers.
Lead by example through a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Is a3rd or 4th Year Carpentry Apprentice.
Has experience in residential construction.
Can work independently without constant supervision.
Shows natural leadership and enjoys helping others.
Thinks ahead and solves problems on site.
Takes pride in producing quality workmanship.
Holds a White Card and current driver's licence.
Is reliable, organised and eager to learn.
