Radiology Tasmania in Launceston is seeking a customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Launceston clinic. This full-time role is rostered Monday to Friday and requires availability for a full-time schedule.
You will be responsible for answering calls, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing invoices and Medicare rebates, and maintaining accurate patient registrations. A robust customer service background and computer proficiency are essential.
