HR & Payroll Officer
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor end-to-end payroll processing using RECKON payroll software.
Accurate processing of payroll in line with transport industry conditions
Review and verification of employee timesheets, allowances, overtime and loadings.
Ensure payroll accuracy through regular checks, audits and reconciliation.
Maintain payroll records in compliance and legislative requirements by company.
Process recent employee onboarding into payroll systems.
Process employees pay adjustments and leave entitlements.
Support HR onboarding process by ensuing employment documentation is correctly completed.
Support payroll audits and internal compliance reviews.
Qualification & Experience:
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Payroll and Business Administration.
Understanding of RECKON Payroll Software would be added as an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and payroll calculations.
