What You'll Do
Support the day-to-day hotel operation
Lead the venue when the Venue Manager is away
Coach supervisors and frontline team members
Grow your skills in rostering, stock, cash management and reporting
Maintain strong service, presentation, safety and compliance standards
Improve service, team routines and venue results
What We're Looking For
Leadership experience in a busy pub, hotel or multi-outlet venue
Experience across bar,



bistro, gaming, functions and major events
A people leader who brings out the best in their team
Sound knowledge of liquor, gaming and venue compliance
A desire to keep building your commercial and operational skills
Current Queensland RSA and RSG, plus RMLV and Approved Manager Licence—or a willingness to obtain them
