Key Duties
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals according to menu standards
Plan and organise daily food preparation and kitchen operations
Ensure meals are prepared using fresh ingredients and consistent cooking methods
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Assist with menu planning and seasonal specials
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene,



and food safety standards
Manage stock rotation, ordering, and minimise wastage
Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety requirements
