About the role
You'll be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs and breakdown work on a variety of mining equipment while working safely within a high-performing maintenance team.
Duties may include:
Preventative and corrective maintenance
Breakdown diagnosis and repairs
Equipment inspections
Component replacement and fault finding
Working safely to site procedures and standards
To be successful, you will have
Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
Previous experience working as a Mechanical Fitter in mining, heavy industry or similar
Strong commitment to safety
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to obtain low risk medical and pass drug & alcohol testing
