What are we looking for
Strong culinary experience in sushi and nigiri making coupled with specialty sashimi skills
A passion for delivering premium Japanese cuisine and providing outstanding guest service
A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering a memorable product
Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
