The Role
Working closely with an experienced Sales Agent, you will play an integral role throughout the sales process while developing the skills needed to become a successful agent yourself.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with listing presentations and appraisals




Coordinating buyer inspections and open homes
Following up buyer enquiries and maintaining relationships
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Database management and CRM updates
Vendor communication throughout campaigns
Assisting with negotiations and sales administration
Supporting marketing campaigns and property launches
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in residential sales.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in real estate (Property Management, Leasing, Sales Administration or Sales Associate)
A current Agent's Representative Certificate
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Confidence building relationships with clients
