Salary package $100,000 + super
The Role
Lead the Events Kitchen and oversee food preparation for functions and events
Ensure consistency in food quality, flavour, and presentation
Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high production standards
Lead, train,



and motivate the kitchen brigade
Manage kitchen operations including preparation, service, and stock control
Maintain excellent food safety and cleanliness standards
About You
Passionate chef with strong leadership skills
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within hotels, catering, or events
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and team leadership abilities
Valid Australian working rights
