Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Contribute to the day-to-day success of the dealership across sales, service and retail operations
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Identify opportunities to improve branch performance, grow market share and increase customer satisfaction
Work towards achieving sales targets, financial goals and key performance indicators




Maintain high presentation and professional standards at all times
Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a sales role within the Boating, Automotive, Caravan or RV dealership industry
Robust track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
A professional attitude with the ability to lead by example
Strong customer service focus and the ability to build rapport quickly
