About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focusedCustomer Service Representativeto support order management for reseller channel customers.
You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process and schedule customer orders to maximise inventory and warehouse efficiency
Manage customer enquiries, escalations, and complaints via phone and email
Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
Collaborate with internal sales, warehouse, and inventory teams
Assist with continuous improvement projects and service optimisation
About You
Located in or near Pinkenba
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service role
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (essential)




Experience with SAP (highly desirable)
Ability to work full-time onsite (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm)
Requirements
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship offered)
Valid National Police Check
Successful completion of pre-employment medical
