About the Role
We are looking for mortgage broker who is responsible for assessing a client's financial situation, understanding their goals, and identifying suitable lending products from a wide range of banks and financial institutions.
The role involves analysing financial documents, comparing loan options, and providing clear, compliant advice to help clients make informed decisions.




Mortgage brokers manage the entire application process, including preparing submissions, liaising with lenders, negotiating terms, and ensuring all regulatory and documentation requirements are met.
They maintain robust client relationships, uphold ethical standards, and stay updated with lending policies and market trends to deliver accurate and reliable guidance.
Key Responsibilities for a Mortgage Broker
Preparing and submitting loan applications
Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients
Managing CRM updates and compliance requirements
Tracking applications through to approval and settlement
Providing proactive client communication and follow ups
About You
Experience in mortgage broking, banking, or financial services preferred
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
Professional communication skills
Self motivated and able to work autonomously
Ambitious and looking for a long term career in mortgage broking
Relevant Diploma or above qualifications
