About the Role
You'll attend residential appointments across Melbourne and help customers with:
Plumbing upgrades and replacements
Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing solutions
Leak detection and repair recommendations
Hot water system replacements and repairs
Drainage and maintenance opportunities
Quoting and closing repair/replacement work
Building strong customer relationships
Delivering exceptional customer experiences
What We're Looking For
Licensed Plumber - Type A Gas Servicing licence highly regarded, but not essential
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional presentation
Self-motivated and sales-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong problem-solving ability
Previous experience in residential plumbing sales or quoting is highly regarded.
