We are looking for a 'can-do' and positive individual, as you will be required to make technical sales and provide product support to ensure we remain a trusted advisor to all our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Providecounter sales support and customer assistance.
Supportgeneral branch operations and handle administrative tasks.
Build and maintain relationshipswith customers via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and account questions.
Assistwith picking and packing orders as needed.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 6 months proven sales or customer service experience within a similar role.
Good verbal and written skills.
Computer literate at an intermediate level.
The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude(desirable).
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Willingnessto work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
