Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle movements between the yard, detailing department, and showroom.
Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure they are clean, undamaged, 80% charged, and meet Zeekr presentation standards.
Put the car plate on the car
Conduct final quality checks before handing vehicles to customers.
Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle stock and maintain accurate records and schedule.
Report and follow up any vehicle damage issues to the appropriate department.
Ensure all vehicles are securely stored and safety procedures are followed.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe parking area, yard, and work environment, ensuring floors and workspaces are always free from hazards and debris.
Skills and Qualifications
Full driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Ability to coordinate and prioritise vehicle movements throughout the dealership, ensuring vehicles are parked, prepared, fuelled, cleaned, and available on time for customer deliveries and internal operational requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with the Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to coordinate vehicle movements, report vehicle damage or issues, and ensure accurate and timely completion of daily yard operations.
Strong attention to detail to ensure all vehicles are accurately inspected, maintained, and presented in accordance with dealership quality and safety standards prior to customer handover or internal use.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for managing delivery schedules and records.
A positive attitude and a genuine interest in electric vehicles (EVs).
Able to follow instructions and work well independently and in a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods if required.
5 days working time on roster including weekends if required.
Ability to drive multiple vehicles throughout the day.
Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform light lifting and vehicle preparation tasks.
