The Role
As Store Manager, you'll own the store's performance, culture, and reputation.
You'll lead from the front, drive sales,

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations with energy, confidence, and high standards
Deliver unforgettable customer experiences that build loyalty
Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated, knowledgeable team
Drive sales, smash KPIs, and execute smart growth strategies
Build robust partnerships with gyms, PTs, and local fitness networks
Plan and run promotions, community events, and educational sessions
Manage inventory, systems, and store compliance with precision
