Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their finance team.
Reporting to the CFO your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
End-to-end payroll processing for approximately 150 employees
Managing payroll workflows, leave approvals and employee changes
Processing new starter documentation and onboarding details
Preparing payroll reports and maintaining accurate payroll records
Ensuring payroll compliance with legislation and company policies
Calculating terminations,
redundancies and payroll adjustments
Managing month-end and year-end payroll reporting
Supporting the implementation of a new payroll system
Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queries
Managing the payroll inbox and employee enquiries
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years' experience as a Payroll Officer or similar payroll-focused role
Solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes
Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and systems
Experience using HRIS and time & attendance systems
