We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at ibis Styles Hobart, with a robust focus on Mr Good Guy.

You Will Lead with passion, presence, and personality – setting the tone for unforgettable serviceInspire and develop a high-performing team that enjoy delivering memorable dining experiencesElevate the guest experience through innovation, creativity, and attention to detailDrive performance across revenue, costs, and operational excellenceOversee daily operations of Mr Good Guy and hotel food & beverage servicesManage financial performance, including revenue growth, labour costs,



stock control and profitabilityDeliver brand standards and operational excellence across all service touchpointsCollaborate with the Head Chef to develop exciting food and beverage offerings to keep the venue fresh and relevantIdentify opportunities to increase patronage, drive local engagement, and maximise commercial performance Qualifications You're an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for food, people and creating memorable guest experiences.
You Will Be Successful If You Have Proven experience managing food and beverage operations, within a hotel or restaurant (minimum 2 years)A hands-on leadership style that motivates, develops, and inspires teamsStrong knowledge of restaurant operations, service delivery, and guest engagementCommercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and profitabilityExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA calm, solutions-focused approach in a dynamic hospitality environmentA passion for Asian-inspired cuisine and contemporary dining experiencesHave a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering consistently exceptional experiencesAre flexible and ready to embrace the rhythm of hospitality (including evening and weekends) Additional Information This isn't just a job, it's a chance to grow, connect and be part of something global.
