We are seeking an experiencedSite Supervisorto oversee council and civil works projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands council standards, compliance requirements, and how to keep projects running safely, on time, and to spec.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations on council infrastructure projects, ensuring works are delivered in line with council requirements, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities across council works projects
Ensure compliance with council specifications, DA conditions, and QA requirements
Manage subcontractors, direct labour, plant, and materials
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
Liaise with council representatives, engineers, and project managers
Maintain site documentation, SWMS, permits, and daily reports
Ensure works are completed safely,



efficiently, and to a high standard
About You
Proven experience as aSite Supervisoroncouncil or government projects
Robust understanding of council standards, civil specifications, and compliance
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and project documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Safety-focused with a proactive approach to site management

Driver's Licence (essential)
Experience with civil, roadworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects preferred
