If you've been sourcing trades and blue-collar workers at volume in labour hire and you're ready to take that trades knowledge into permanent recruitment, this is your move.
Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take on our thriving trades desk.
You already know the trades market, where the candidates are and how to move quickly, now put that to work on permanent roles with better margins and deeper client relationships.
This is not a cold desk, and you won't be building it alone.
You'll inherit a high-performing portfolio backed by solid existing client relationships, active roles, a quality candidate database and a respected brand in the market.
Just as importantly, you'll have dedicated BDMs working alongside you, opening new clients and bringing in fresh jobs, so your energy goes into placing candidates and growing your billings, not chasing every lead yourself.
The pace, resilience and candidate networks you've built in labour hire will serve you well here; the difference is a stronger desk, better support and the scope to grow.

What We're Looking For
Experience sourcing trades or blue-collar candidates at volume, ideally in labour hire, with a strong track record of delivery
Keen to step into permanent trades recruitment and build deeper client relationships
Results-driven, self-motivated and commercially astute
Solid knowledge of the trades market and where to find quality candidates
Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
Thrives in a quick-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining autonomy
Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
Adaptable and committed to continuous professional growth — with the appetite to mentor and lead over time
You'll be supported by strong foundations, established clients, dedicated BDMs and a leadership team genuinely invested in your progression.
