Play and Potential (PnP) Early Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader/ECT, to join our dynamic early childhood education team inOld Toongabbie, NSW.
There arefull-time and part-timeopportunities available, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the educational program and practice at our nurturing childcare home.
What you'll be doing
As the Educational Leader/ECT,
Providing educational leadership, mentoring and support to the teaching team
Developing, implementing and evaluating the centre's educational program to ensure it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework
Maintaining an engaging, play-based learning workplace that fosters children's holistic development
Contributing to the ongoing improvement and quality assurance of the service
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children.
Build strong, positive partnerships with families and communicate openly about their child's day and progress.
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our centre.
Maintain compliance with all regulations, including the National Quality Framework (NQF), and PnP policies.
What we're looking for




A Master or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
Eligibility for registration as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in NSW
Experiences in an educational leader or senior educator role is preferred
Ability to mentor and guide a team of early childhood educators is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences
Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
