About the Role
Working within a busy and well-established imaging department, you'll play an integral role in delivering outstanding diagnostic imaging services while providing exceptional patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing a broad range of CT examinations across a diverse patient caseload
Producing consistently high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Applying sound clinical judgement to optimise imaging protocols and achieve the best possible diagnostic outcomes




Delivering compassionate, patient-focused care while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout every examination
Working closely with Radiologists, Nurses and fellow Medical Radiation Practitioners in a cooperative multidisciplinary environment
Maintaining accurate patient documentation and complying with all radiation safety, quality assurance and infection control requirements
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the ongoing development of the department
About You
To be successful, you'll possess:
Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging) or an equivalent Australian recognised qualification
Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
Current State Radiation Licence (or eligibility to obtain one)
Demonstrated CT experience, or a strong desire to specialise in CT with the support of an experienced clinical team
Excellent clinical judgement and a commitment to producing high-quality diagnostic imaging
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care
The ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative clinical environment
Highly Regarded
ASMIRT CT Accreditation (or working towards accreditation)
Cannulation and IV contrast competency
Current CPR certification
Experience across Siemens, Canon, GE or Philips CT platforms
