The Opportunity:
As a Building Certifier, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, industrial, mixed-use and residential developments, providing certification advice and regulatory guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work alongside an experienced team of technical specialists while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own projects and clients.
We are particularly interested in speaking with:
Level 1 Building Surveyors / Certifiers (L1 BS)
Level 2 Building Surveyors / Certifiers (L2 BS)




Professionals currently located in Victoria, Tasmania or Western Australia
Certifiers interested in relocating to Brisbane or the Gold Coast
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake building assessments, inspections and certification activities
Review applications and determine compliance with the NCC and relevant state legislation
Provide expert technical advice to developers, architects, builders and project teams
Attend site inspections and project meetings
Prepare quotations, fee proposals and certification documentation
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Identify opportunities for additional certification and compliance services
About You:
Current Building Certifier accreditation (Level 1 or Level 2)
Solid knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC)
Experience undertaking building assessments, inspections and certification activities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Current driver's licence
