Following our extensive restoration, The Queenscliff Hotel is looking for reliable and energetic Kitchen Attendants to join our back-of-house team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to be part of an iconic coastal relaunch, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You will support our culinary team in maintaining a seamless kitchen operation. Key duties include:
Operating industrial dishwashers and manual pot washing.
Ensuring all crockery and glassware are cleaned and returned to service quickly.
Assisting chefs with basic food prep (chopping, peeling, and portioning).
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including floors, surfaces, and waste removal.
Assisting with stock deliveries and storage organization.

Flexibility: Availability for weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
