Become part of the dedicated team at Emerald and Monbulk Family Dental Care as a Dental Assistant. This part time position with the opportunity to become full time, it is based in Emerald VIC **** and Monbulk VIC ****, rotating roster between the two clinics ***** hours per week and will see you play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and providing high-quality patient care. This role would be perfect for someone starting their career in dentistry as on the job training is provided, absolutey no experience necessary.
What you'll be doing
Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments
Greeting and welcoming patients, and ensuring they feel comfortable
Restocking dental supplies as needed
Performing basic administrative tasks as required and the potential to do 1 reception shift per week in the future
What we're looking for
Someone starting their career in dentistry/healthcare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients




Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A friendly, professional and compassionate approach to patient care
Familiarity with dental equipment, materials and procedures
Able to work in a small team
